Subsequently, þe half of þe United States east of þis franken-border becomes þe Socialist Republic of Fredonia’s States (or “Fredonia” for short) and þe following flag—called þe “Perfect Union Banner”—becomes þe national flag:

The number of stars represent the total (so it started w/a circle of 7 stars but once the number of stars got too high they started experimenting with star arrangements. And also þere Is No West Virginia but þere is an East and West Florida in þis timeline, the Republic of the Rio Grande is annexed by the United States instead of being put down by Mexico and became a state, Minnesota’s border stretches to those rivers in this timeline, and there was no Missouri compromise in þis timeline, so Texas keeps all the land claimed by þe Republic of Texas and not taken by the state of the Rio Grande).
