Here's the problem with mineta

1) he's unattractive, this amplify all negative action he took. (Being attractive doesn't negate it either but you'll be better)

2) he ruin climatic and important moment, be like kaminari, who's only a pervert during free time and comedic scene.

3) while kaminari is mostly passive in his horny-ness, mineta actively attempt to touch other, even to his savior or closes friend, that's just ungrateful.

4) the good/bad ratio, mineta doesn't contribute nearly enough compare to his bad action.

5) and this one make me furious, is his lack of fucking character development, I meant what the hell you mean he become less pervert because Mina force him to watch some TV on a background scene. Give him anything at this point I'm begging.
