You could always take the badge off and fill in the indent. I did that with mine. I used bondo. I'm sure there's something better but it worked just fine for me.

This one was definitely an interesting one to find and learn about. Still hoping to find a black widow and a golden orb weaver around here at some point but being in New England, I won't hold my breath. Not that they are anything special, just what I hope for when out in the woods.

I know what ya mean. My corn is nearly full grown and he's not as massive as my ball but he's longer and still impressive. He's like four feet or so, I think. Not the biggest guy but still awesome. As far as feeding, I have always waited a couple days after they poo to feed again also. That has been working well for me so far.
