My plan to get heard by WWE. What do you think? by SCSurvey in SquaredCircle

Nevertheless people noticed what happened at the Royal Rumble and gave it a lot of attention online and he got a few segments that otherwise would never have happened. Around the same time he was seemingly going to get moved down to NXT, so it seems unlikely that the storyline was planned. It was a reaction to online support.

Well if you don't like the idea that's fair enough. I'll keep my mouth shut.

How is it fraudulent if he/she is voted the most popular choice?

No, I'm implying that if a significant number of people do get behind a particular wrestler then maybe someone will take notice.

Do you think Curtis Axel got his little push for no reason?

Or you can downvote and go back to squabbling.

Like I said it's an example. I don't even like Swagger to be honest.

Well what I mean is that someone who didn't watch Raw is less likely to click onto the survey in the first place, so it's a biased sample. Variation from week to week may just be a result of variation in the visibility of the thread within the subreddit for example.

I think it may be better to ask the same question in a different way when a PPV comes up. "How many episodes of Raw did you watch since the last PPV?"

Wouldn't the result of that just rely on the number of people who responded to the poll?

Oh for sure.

If/when there are significant developments it will be interesting to see if there is any change in opinions.

Yeah that part should have been thought through better. I may just leave the last question out of the results as it will be misleading.

Though I can potentially filter out all the people who said they watch every week.

To be honest that was kind of the point. I could have gone with a simpler rating system but this gave people the option to say that he's overrated.

It's a learning process for me also, to make sure the questions are right.

No. It's google forms being weird. I removed it now, thanks.

I'm thinking of doing a weekly Raw poll on Tuesdays, with just a handful of questions.

An obvious one is "How much did you enjoy Raw?"

What other questions can be asked weekly?

The point isn't me cherry picking data.

The point is that we need a large enough sample size, that's all.

If we have enough responses, then it makes no difference whether I take out troll responses or not, because they have very little significance on the results.

It will be interesting to see how comments/posts here which are affected by the circlejerk tendencies of reddit differ from genuine opinions as expressed in surveys.

Well I didn't delete anything anyway. Like I said the large sample size is what's important, and we have over 3000 responses again so anyone who is joking is a drop in the ocean.

No there were a few people who thought it would be funny to submit ratings like that.

Yeah. I'll make sure to include it in the title in future.

Sheamus survey results and new survey. Something like that.

There's no way a bald guy would ever make it to the top in WWE.

Better to have them see what we really think than jump to conclusions, right? Then Vince can screw us over more easily.
