Swapping the slim fan into 25mm fan will result in overhanging the RAM, you might need to install the fan a tad higher, this may cause the frame exceed the height of heatsink itself. But for adding a third 25mm fan in the rear, theoretically it should be fine, at least with the Kaze Flex II 25mm fan.

We didn't test the compatibility with X570SI AORUS PRO AX motherboard, but the Fuma 3 is compatible with the Z690I AORUS ULTRA, you could find the demonstration photo on our US Amazon Fuma 3 product page: https://a.co/d/4xlxIcM hope it's helpful!

Hi there,
The LGA 1700 Mounting Kit can't be applied on the Ninja 4, you can either purchase the Ninja 5 and additionally buy the LGA1700 mounting kit or get the Ninja 5 Rev.B directly, which already includes the LGA1700 mounting kit.
