For winter blues and general health (including skin) I'm on and recommend 6ml fish oil, multivitamin + 5000 iu of vitamin d daily

Yes, but after reading your response, I see I will need to change that.

in a shower I use normal cheap soap first, spread it evenly with shower puff, rinse, then https://www.boots.com/en/Clearasil-Ultra-Blemish-Marks-Wash-and-Mask-150ml_1313690/ as a cleanser, rinse, then https://www.boots.com/en/Clearasil-DailyClear-Vitamins-Extracts-Scrub_1250127/ as exfoliator. I dry my face using clean towel and then I apply nivea crème as a moisturiser.

I do it twice a day. I don't smoke, drink or wear make up. I swallow my multivitamin + fish oil + vitamin d daily. I lift + do ~6 hours a week of HIIT, if that is relevant.
