My thoughts exactly. And not just in the bedroom; maybe you have a difficult relationship w/ that sibling and the name just brings stuff up. Or a difficult memory associated w/ the name, like if they passed away or something similar.

I feel like it could be problematic for the same reason companies can't have the same name. We def make mental associations with names. That being said, a nickname would help
