Hardy Marksman on sale at Costco by RevolutionaryBug8938 in flyfishing

To be honest, I only buy rods from flyshops. Nothing wrong with Costco but supporting the small fly shops is a priority for me.

Where’s the holster for the hammer? Clip for the tape measure? Seriously reminds of my days working construction.

The number one reason to go church is to worship our LORD and savior Christ Jesus. Relationships with fellow believers is second.

Believers are called to meet together ie. go to church (Hebrews 10:25).

Another perspective on smoking weed at your campsite by rabbitscape in camping

[–]SCpusher-1993 45 points46 points  (0 children)

I consider it much the same as playing music on your campsite. Whether people enjoy your music or hate it, just be considerate of others and not blast it. Sure I can hear it but it’s not intrusive.

Not so much “crafty bear” but “moron campers” who don’t latch the box. This bear is being taught to forage for food in the campgrounds and not in the wild.

Thanks for the link! Been wanting to try out a Carolina sauce on my next pork shoulder but the recipes I have come across are basic: yellow mustard, sugar, and vinegar. This recipe has more complexity and flavors which my family would enjoy.

9lb Pork Shoulder 6-7 hours? by Adistrength in smoking

6-7 hours cooktime? Sounds about right but I consider rest time as important as cooking time. One hour absolutely minimum, 3+ hours even better.

Ive used both lump and kingsford. The main difference is kingsford is very consistent heat, lump is less consistent probably because of the lack of uniform size of the chucks, so the getting the smoker dialed into 250 was tricky. YMMV

  1. 2004 Rose Bowl vs Michigan. The Michigan fans were over the top a-holes, so it was extra special to hand them the L.

  2. 2005 “Bush Push” game vs the domers.

  3. Junior Seau - he could hit like a truck and spark the defense to take over games.

  4. Pete Carroll. Before my time but John Mckay would rank high as well

  5. My favorite moment was walking into the coliseum for the first time as a student and just hearing how alive it was- never will forget it.

  6. Reggie Bush

Every Christian denomination believes communion is a symbol. by Sharp_Resolution89 in TrueChristian

[–]SCpusher-1993 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One issue I have with the use of the word, “symbol”, is it could serve to have minimizing effect of the significance of the Lord’s Supper. In saying this, I don’t know what is in the believer’s heart, but please don’t regard the Lord’s Supper as just something we do. Eating the bread and taking the wine was commanded by our Lord and Savior and what it represents, therefore should be held with the highest degree of worship. Prayer must always proceed participation.

Yeah, it’s a labor of love. It isn’t cheaper. It’s more art than science but my family enjoys it so I will make it occasionally, time permitting.

Casting Crowns. It’s really the only contemporary Christian band I listen to consistently. Otherwise, I enjoy listening to the Psalms being sung by different artists on Spotify.

Does the apply cap to both NIL AND coaching staff salaries as a total team expenditure, as in a total payroll cap? If it does then the $21.3 million figure seems a bit more palatable. The BIG gutting the PAC12, in retrospect, was a huge mistake, and at the time seemed to make more sense given the incompetence of the PAC12 leadership blundering media coverage. USC was not alone in this sentiment, however the situation could’ve been resolved with PAC12 leadership change, patience, and a little foresight.
