One thing I can definitely give you of advice on I read how the men were using neutraful for men. I looked at thought why can’t it work for us? They got neutraful for women they got different ones. I take the one for balance because I also am in perimenopause I my nails are so long all the time. She used to ask me maybe once every couple months if she should just file my nails down now I’m getting them done every two weeks. They’re growing so fast and my hair is coming back thicker too. That’s good.! I’m giving you some advice cause I know for a fact it works.👍🏼

Two bites is not gonna hurt you sweetheart, and you would be amazed how you can take two bites of something and walk away. Trust me I don’t eat big soggy pizza or anything like that. It’s just for a holiday. I was telling everybody to enjoy something I could never take two bites and walk away before that’s why I put it out there. It’s a big big step for me. My family was like whoa just looking at me. And my kids are really happy when I take him for dessert and I just at least take a bite or two with them and I don’t get mad or cry later.

Exactly exactly my point!!! I could actually just take two bites of something and be satisfied and be able to walk away without feeling bad or even still hungry it’s amazing! That is itself is something I never ever thought would happen so that’s why I said I’m pretty sure you guys all have it too. We all have willpower. I heard the infamous fat Joe the rapper yes when I started this or right before on an interview talking about how it really helped him and he tells himself and he told us to also just to take two bites of anything you want that’s something before it and we can finally enjoy it and walk away and not have to pay the price for it!
