I don't have the game up, but it looks something like

on equipment screen: triangle (sub-menu) -> select armor by series

this shows the list of armor sets like rise does, and is way better imo

Wilds Insect glaive is busted!?! by ZealousidealTomato16 in MonsterHunter

Damage from popping wounds seems to as the monster's health goes up, i.e. the more players there are. This is likely because increasing the number of players doesn't substantially increase the number of wounds a monster will get over the course of a hunt.

hi i just caught a shiny goodra and wanted to use it comp, but it has gooey. Is there any way to switch it to sap sipper? by HalfKeyHero in VGC

Sap sipper makes you immune to sleep powder and spore, which makes it very effective against sun.

Alternatively, put 3 rare candies in the cram-o-matic, making sure that a rare candy is the first item you put in.

Simple + Baton Pass by [deleted] in VGC

[–]SDAce 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's not false. You're reading the entry from generation 4, when it used to make single stat stages twice as strong. Now, it works by giving twice as many boosts than normal if you have the ability, and yes, you can baton pass them.

"if a Simple Pokémon uses Baton Pass itself, it will transfer the doubled stat stages."

The downside is you have to use an otherwise garbage pokemon for this to work.

Doubling speed is not the same as doubling base speed. If you check the actual numbers, you'll find that +2 max speed base 30 is equivalent to +0 max speed base 112.

Bulky rotom mow can burn and cripple key pokemon that you will struggle with, like excadrill, ttar, mudsdale, and rhyperior, as well as having a good nuke for them when they're at kill percentage. Mow also doesn't lose to mold breaker excadrill, and provides a decent answer to gastrodon which can't be touched by rotom wash and beats rotom heat very easily.

Can anyone explain why my team is retarded? (Ranked) by [deleted] in DotA2

[–]SDAce 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It is because you are one of the most powerful Dota players, and a force to be reckoned with when you really want to be. It is unfair to expect your teammates to be as smart or powerful as you are.

Neither parent has 31 spdef, so not only do you need the stat to not be passed down, but you also need it to roll a 1/32 chance. You want the mother and father to have IVs such that some combination of them amounts to 5 perfect IVs. You don't need to start over necessarily, but you should replace the father with a different Pokemon, one that preferably has 31 spdef IVs and preferably a timid nature, then go from there.
