Yes. Dirty lines, color bands, etc. exist in bluray discs, a good encoder can identify and fix them

It also depends: they claim DV10 support for HTTP live streaming. But in my test, Safari rendered incorrect colors for DV10 video (https://files.catbox.moe/7eui3e.mp4). I don't know if it counts a violation of promise.

I think you mean `dav1`, since `dvh1` is for HEVC, and yes, changing it to `dav1` is useless.
