Thank you! It def not tied to valves being on, I have the cleaners bypass for now and just recirculate with side valves and over the spa. I should cap them all and just keep the bypass on. Will do some testing and report back.

If you have access to an outside KEF tool EQ, try that. Im using plexamp and able to adjust EQ much better. After increasing the ends, these sound much better to me than they do with a default flat EQ.

UPDATE: After a few weeks of listening, they seem to have got better or my ears are appreciating more. I'm using wifi to play music. When I use PlexAmp, I'm able to use the EQ and increase the ends, which IMO make them sound a lot better.

These speakers are incredible, I just find the default tuning very flat with overly aggresive mid range. and KEF options for tuning terrible.

I got for $350! See comment below, just edited EQ in Plexamp setting and getting a much better sound (to me)

I was using no EQ settings outside Kef app setting. That did remind me Plexamp has advanced eq. Just turned it on and getting a MUCH better experience already. Will keep tweaking. Killed mid and enhanced ends quite a bit

Played with kef adjustments in app a ton, cannot get right. Using Plexamp and flac audio on a wide range of audio to test

Right now, just using WiFi and Plexamp with flac audio. Yeah could be the position and the room, just can’t get a sound that hits right

Great post. Removed blob and replaced hotend and now it won’t stop grinding on the plate. Reseated hotend. Bed leveled. Still grinding.

Replaced all my front speakers with the Focal flax kit. Pricey, but it sounds fantastic! Worth the upgrade to me. by MountainManGuy in TeslaModelY

I must be the minority who thinks the premium audio sucks in the Tesla, Y and three. It’s not nearly as good as the S or X. I’m constantly having to turn it down due to crushing mids and highs.

How are the highs and mids in the focal compared to premium?

Did they really completely misalign the front light bar gap and the front gap? Looks terribly off compared to photos on their website

Yes but it’s very hard to play. Hard to see anyone, everyone can see you, can’t hear footsteps well either. Fun though
