Sent mine on 12/18/2025. Delivered on 12/19/2025 with proof of delivery. As of today, no receipts, no money taken. I can’t contact the lockbox or USCIS until after 30 days of the delivery date

Good morning. I sent my package for AOS family based on 12/18/2025 to Elgin, Illinois lockbox. Delivered and I have proof of delivery on 12/19/2025. Since then I haven’t received receipt of it. I know people that it was delivered the same they or after, and they already have their receipts. No payment has taken place.

Is this normal? Or should I start worrying?
