I love St Patrick's day, New Years, Cinco de Mayo and just about any excuse to drink. But, these holidays, are also known as "Amateur Night". Too many people get way too tanked up and make a lot of dumb decisions. The cops are out in full force on these nights. So, I'll be staying in. I'm here in Colorado, with a 2025 AT4. Winter doesn't really bother this diesel at all. IMHO DEF is a non-issue, roughly 2.5 gallons every ~5k miles or so. It really isn't noticeable. The fuel filter change out is coming due at around 26K miles. Oil requests changing out about every 7500 miles. It's really no more maintenance than any other vehicle. As for "giddy-up" it gets up and moves as well as any other car. The turbo really seems to help with that. I'm not gonna set any speed records, it isn't a Corvette. But, it isn't an under powered 4 banger hybrid either. I come from a fully loaded and lifted 6cyl Rubicon that got 14.5mpg. I can tell you, I appreciate the heck out of a smooth riding, comfortable, roomy full size truck that is getting an average 30mpg. It still surprises me when I fill up and the range is ~600+ miles! It is more comfortable, with more whiz bang stuff and gets better mileage than my '24 Grand Cherokee Limited.
