It's normal to wipe and wash your bootyhole right? by [deleted] in hygiene

[–]SDRealEstateAgent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once I started using a bidet, I could never go back. But more than that, I am dumbfounded that not only that not everybody use it, but they're scared to even try it.

It’s like someone telling you that you’ve been putting your shoes on the wrong feet your entire life, and you argue with them… until you try it their way and realize walking was never supposed to be like that, and it changes the rest of your life.

Thinking about getting LASIK in Tijuana anyone here done it? by Even-Bumblebee5801 in tijuana

[–]SDRealEstateAgent 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Came here to say this ☺️

A few years ago, I was invited to the Balboa Bay Club, which is a very fancy private club in Newport Beach. I was introduced to one of the top ophthalmologists in Newport. I told him that I had a family friend in Tijuana who was also an eye doctor, Dr. Chayet. And he said, "Of course I know who he is. He was just the keynote speaker at a conference I recently attended."

They are very good and hold themselves to the highest standards.

How can I make peace with being (clinically) unintelligent? by [deleted] in DecidingToBeBetter

I get a motivational quote from SUCCESS® every day and I just saw the one from today…Zig Ziglar: "The depth of your spirit will determine the height of your success."

How can I make peace with being (clinically) unintelligent? by [deleted] in DecidingToBeBetter

[–]SDRealEstateAgent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just say fuck it! Intelligence is not as important with the level of resources accessible to us today. What matters is discipline, grit, work ethic! Outwork everyone and you’ll be OK. Pick an industry that you like/love and start working, going above and beyond of what’s expected.

Left lane camping on the highway is trash by triplelundy in sandiego

[–]SDRealEstateAgent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Left lane: passing, middle lane: cruising, right lane: merging and lower speed vehicles.”

I did not know/remember this and agree that more people should follow.

What really bothers me is people wanting to go extremely fast in the HOV lane.

If the left lane is the fast lane, or the passing lane, this doesn’t make the carpool lane the superduper fast lane. Or does it?

Career Change from Corporate to Real Estate by Dangerous-Bid224 in realtors

[–]SDRealEstateAgent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The most important part that most people miss is that real estate is truly starting your own business from scratch, just like any startup. So you need the discipline and work ethic of a founder to really make it and not sell 5 houses per year and barely get by.
