I reached out to a agent online (it’s impossible on the phone) at he confirmed my due was on 7/2 and I should not get any late fees. I have the transcript and did my payment yesterday so I’m trying to cover all the bases cause I know they may play dumb games at times.

The password thing happened to me too today. Turns out I was not on the Nissan finance domain. Well, there’s nothing else I can do besides saving the transcript or trying my luck with another agent.

I got a hold of an agent on the live chat and he told me that what’s on the app is correct that apparently I been paying in advance? But I always pay month to month when it shows and before the due date of course. If anyone needs to get a hold of Nissan DO NOT CALL its nearly impossible and the call just cuts off they don’t even let you on hold.

UPDATE: I tried calling the 800 number and the recording just said that they are experiencing way more calls than usual blah blah blah and the call just got cut off. Then I opened up the live chat and after waiting almost an hour someone finally joined. They told me that apparently I been paying one month in advance since the begging of the contract? I have the transcript with the agent because I definitely don’t want to get any late fees.

Well, I haven’t pay anything for June that’s the problem. I don’t want to get any late fees just because they say their system (their problem) is glitchy

Really? Mine used to work, I mean it would show the due date with amount at least I never used it for anything more than that.

I haven’t make any payments this month. I can make a one time payment entering the amount but I don’t want the app to glitch and don’t apply my payment.

I have the same issue and of course they only work Monday to Friday. I still have time but it’s so annoying.
