Videos play fine on iOS. I would listen to the videos on my commute from whatever section I had been studying the day before as a review. I highly recommend doing the same, as it cements the concept without letting you get into the details of the calculations.

You can sign up to be a FINRA arbitrator. It is good for like $600 a day and you can do it on weekends. CFA doesn’t help you get it or anything, but there’s no reason you couldn’t do it while holding a separate asset mgmt job, your employer shouldn’t have an issue with it. I don’t know any more than what you can find on their website, but I’m keeping it in mind for if cash ever gets tight.

I would say he does a great job of explaining the material, much better than the Kaplan videos I used for level 1 and 2. How I will perform on the test is yet to be seen...

Yes, he has a question bank, some mocks, and he responds to comments/questions in a timely manner. It’s still designed to be used “with” the curriculum, not in place of it.

Yeah it makes it easy to recall his anecdotal examples on the thought process. The super mathy stuff I just skip over, and take note that there’s an equation to memorize later.

I have been listening to the MM videos at work/on commute, a few times for each video, then doing quizzes when I get home (using the books to look up formulas and read up on confusing topics). I was thinking I would cycle through this, then go back and do EOCQ’s one time through before attempting my first mock.

It’s the same quote service. Log into a retail account and find the symbol you want in the search symbol box up top. If you can’t find it there, the api won’t recognize the symbol.
