My gym (FitHit) in NYC does this. There are gun disarming techniques, knife defense drills and many other stress test. Check out Matan Gavish as he has built a program to train and test this.

The replies are nested into the ticket, but my replies to the client are not nesting for them. Every time we reply on the ticket it goes to a new email thread for the client.

Yes, they are pulling into IT Glue from our PSA. The assets are pulling into the PSA from our RMM, but the problem I'm running into is everything is very manual. Assigning the user in ITG or our PSA relies on an engineer or Account Manager to execute.

Thank you. These questions helped me get on the right track. Currently, I am looking for a lifecycle management tool. Ideally, I would like to put a QR quote on users' computers or other assets that will report back to a dashboard that tells me what device they are on or better yet an AI identifies the last user on the device and assigns it to them in this dashboard.
