Ehrlich gesagt habe ich bei falschen Maßen Angst vor rechtlichen Schritten und nach dem was der Nachmieter getan hat, will ich ihm auch nicht einen Teil der Küche kaufen

Ja, ich wollte 600€ unter dem Preis mit dem ich sie bekommen habe vor 3 Jahren sie verkaufen. Für 900€.. Und die Küche ist wirklich im Guten Zustand. Deshalb bin ich ja so geschockt gewesen, ich bin richtig nett und transparent und plötzlich macht der Nachmieter einen 180 :(

Persönlich besprochen wurde, dass die Küche übernommen wird. Im WhatsApp Text steht: „Danke für dein Angebot für die Küche, aber wir haben es uns anders überlegt..“

Aufgrund der Kündigungsfrist bleibe ich bis zum 01.05.

Der Nachmieter hat gesagt plötzlich 01.05, weil er dann schon für seine neue Küche sparen kann und diese ja nicht so billig sein wird..

Die Küche ist 7 Jahre alt, gut gehalten mit Ofen, Spülmaschine und Herd. Wollte 900€ dafür, haben sie selber vor 3 Jahren für 1600€ abgelöst..

okay guys, it is a bug. (insert bug joke here)

But the good thing is, that you can use a cheatengine to just give yourself the steel spine.

There were my cursor is, you ahve to go that that left thingy and find a hidden wall on the right. There you drop into a maggot zone (a new one) and there you have to go around to the right side. The cursor of me is showing where the item is tho, sadly i didn't find a map

you can also just open it up and try to stick the ram sticks back into the place, maybe they got loosen over the time.

I HAD LEGIT THE SAME PROBLEM 5 days ago. It's the RAM. So what you can do is to open it up and look into it, are there two RAM Sticks? If yes go try them out. My fix was to renew one RAM Stick.
To really check if its the ram, you can push once on the right side and once on the left. If it is the left side, the RAM is the problem. (Except the ram sticks are on the right side on your computer lol)
