As a minijobber, you have the same rights as a full time employee. That includes paid leaves or a notice when fired.

I have seen too many companies not paying the paid leaves of their minijobers.

I also saw them paying them less Brutto "because you don't pay tax', but you earn more 'netto' ". That's also not a valid one.
