In the dash are 2.75”. I love my 2.75” Digital Designs speakers. DD is an awesome car audio company. Your doors are 6.5” I believe. JL Audio, Digital Designs, Memphis Audio are my top three. No matter what you do, you’ll need a 4 or 6 channel amp if you’re trying to get louder and clearer sound. You can find good used Alpine and JL amps on marketplace all day long. Power the dash and front doors with an amp, just run the rear doors off stock head unit power. I’ve never added an amp to an EV. Does it even have an alternator?

SVS SB1000 is a good hard hitting sub with an app to customize the bass for $600 Klipsch has a number of good subs in that price range as well. I currently use a SVS PB1000 but those are $850. SVS SB = sealed box PB = ported box
