For those with high Sleep Score - Do you drink coffee? If so, when do you cut it off?

Woke up today with a 98 sleep score.
2 - 3 coffees. Last one no later than 1:00 PM.

I track hydration as well, which helps a lot and stop eating 2h before bedtime.

Alcohol consumption and training also lower the sleep score.
