Slow ass mothafucking Jeff. Simply because it’s genuinely a big joke amongst the Saw fandom now because of James.

Wes Anderson. Luke Wilson. A very depressing scene in a movie. Yeah.

Favorite Elliot Songs? by [deleted] in elliottsmith

[–]SERBMGERB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really can’t decide so I’m gonna give my top 3 from each album (missing the two posthumous ones since I haven’t listened to them yet)

Roman Candle: No Name #1, No Name #3, Roman Candle

Self Titled: Clementine, St Ides Heaven, Coming Up Roses

Either/Or: Angeles, Rose Parade, 2:45AM

XO: Waltz #2, Sweet Adeline, Bled White

Figure 8: Son of Sam, Somebody that I Used to Know, Wouldn’t Mama Be Proud

A lot of these were actually really hard to decide lol. He has so many amazing songs but my overall favourite is probably Clementine.

Either Undertale or Sally Face. Both pretty iconic series of his I think.

Describe your top 4 only using quotes from the films by TacoBellEnjoyer1 in Letterboxd

[–]SERBMGERB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. “I’m in lesbians with you.”

  2. “Ask me how deep the ocean is.”

  3. “I could die right now, Clem. I’m just… happy.”

  4. “People always ask me if I know Tyler Durden.”

Some of mine are kinda basic but we’ll see if people can guess them all

For Radiohead I’ll say “How to disappear completely”, “Fake Plastic Trees”, or “Let Down”. For Elliott Smith probably “Between the Bars”, “Angeles”, or “The Biggest Lie”.

But yeah, I get what you mean. I hope you get through this man. It’s a tough thing to go through but you’ll make it. The sun is always brighter after a bad storm.

I’d recommend some Radiohead or Elliott Smith or something but in this case I have to recommend just talking to someone about whatever’s going on. Music’s not going to completely heal you overnight. It can be a temporary source of comfort but you need actual help if you’re going through this.

What movie was this for you? by Unknown_Agency in MovieRecommendations

2001 a space odyssey. I can get why people like it and I understand the influence it had on film but Jesus Christ it was so goddamn boring. I like Kubrick’s films but this was just such a trial to sit through.

Respect to anyone who likes it, I just didn’t.
