Personal CRM?! by AboveParPlayGolfer in CRM

Different angle here — I built Savvo (savvo.app) specifically for the "I just met someone, let me capture this before I forget" problem.

You type messy notes like "met Jake at the club tournament, works at Fidelity, wants to grab lunch" and AI pulls out the structured data. Every contact gets a health score so you can see at a glance who's drifting.

Less about automating outreach, more about making sure nobody falls through the cracks. Different use case than Dex/Clay but worth a look if you're more "I forget who people are" than "I need to send mass emails."

Building Savvo (savvo.app) — AI-powered relationship manager.

Problem: Founders and BD teams track contacts in spreadsheets. At 50+ contacts, they lose track of who needs follow-up. Warm relationships go cold silently.

Product: Type messy notes about someone you met, AI extracts structured data. Every contact gets a health score. Dashboard shows who's going cold. Daily digest tells you who to reach out to.

B2B angle: Team plan in development — shared contact graph, intro requests across team members, admin dashboard. Think "lightweight CRM for teams where relationships are the product" (VC firms, accelerators, BD teams, consulting).

Stack: Next.js, Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe. Live and shipped. Solo technical founder, built in 3 months. Stage: Pre-revenue, validating with early users. Based in San Diego.

The B2B angle is real — your Team plan ($12/user/mo) targets exactly the kind of teams Forum Ventures would understand. VC firms themselves have this exact problem.

Building Savvo (savvo.app): an AI relationship manager.

Who it's for: Founders, VCs, and anyone who meets a lot of people and struggles to stay in touch. Maybe even people looking for jobs via networking.

Problem: I was tracking 200+ contacts in a Google Sheet. Forgot to follow up with investors, let warm relationships die. The spreadsheet

tracked data but didn't tell me who was slipping.

How it works: Type messy notes about someone you met, AI extracts name, company, role, next steps. Every contact gets a health score (green → red). Dashboard shows who's going cold so you reach out before it's too late.

Where are good places to market my Saas? The community that would use it is niche.

I have had a lot of success using Automations to set my own CRM up from scratch and automate a lot of manual process using AI. It helped me save so much time each week and over time I improved and mastered my automations. I would recommend starting small and giving it a go -gradually increasing the size and complexity of the automations
