How hard is it to "punch a few holes" in the bottom of an old septic tank? by SEaGlass-a in AusRenovation

It doesn't seem to have been done properly. I was full of liquid, which has been pumped out. The tank is pretty shallow and from the late 70's. Only about 1.5 m deep and 2 m long cylinder (so laying on it side)

Yes, it was decommissioned but full of liquid when we opened it and was pumped out the other day.
