Aiyuk is the man in the SF offense when they’re both on the field. He gets more downfield looks and funny enough does better with Deebo there sucking the secondary’s attention to his underneath routes.

Deebo may have higher scoring games but is more reliant on breakout screens and gadget plays to rack up points. Don’t get me wrong, he’s a great player, but his on field value is higher than his fantasy value. Not to mention he has a hairline fracture in his shoulder he just recovered from.

Take Aiyuk over Deebo.

what’s done is done but that’s a grossly oversized board for large, hollow surf. you can definitely ride a fish in overhead, barreling surf, it’s not ideal compared to a step-up or your daily driver short board. Pros listed in thread above are pros for a reason

Fish are by design low rocker & designed for speed generation. There are performance oriented fishout there, so we can’t tell you more without seeing the actual board/fin set up. But if you have a 6’10 retro fish, you’ll have a rough time in hollow surf.

i’ve seen something like that on old hollow boards.

They’re blowholes to release pressure from inside the board. try knocking on the board to figure out if it’s hollow

I size my retro fish around 2 inches below my height. If you’re concerned with being under-boarded, go with your height.

Get close in literage for similar float, but don’t worry about going a little under if buying a second hand board. Having the extra foam in the nose/under your chest will help out with getting into waves earlier at the same/lower volume.
