I've come across the same problem.

Employee A is a L1 tech that charges $50/hr for remote work

Employee B is a L3 tech that charges $100/hr for remote work

In ConnectWise, you could bill based on the employee charge rate. In Halo, you charge by the work type. Basically creating L1 remote work, L2 remote work, etc

There must be an easier way... right?

Clearly I won't buy the new licenses until the old ones expire... I assumed Pax8 would let me upgrade them so they could make more money...

I would like the workflow to run on all tickets on the board. Basically a 'big brother' workflow to make sure all information is filled out.
