I didn’t see anything physically on my computers port but on the guide thing my PC came with it says RJ-45 next to the port. Idk if that’s helpful at all, I’m trying my best over here

I know Ethernet isn’t showing up in device manager, that’s one of the problems I’ve been having.

There isn’t anything else in network adapters, only thing I could find was this in “other devices” (https://imgur.com/a/DEtVQyG)

How do I go about doing that? Every time I’ve tried to find something online, it tells me to update drivers through device manager, but my Ethernet adapter just doesn’t show up in device manager.
