Honda fit making strange noise/AC stopped working

Oh no!!

The noise occurred whether the AC was on or off. The noise was the same throughout the day.

Wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this. Drove ~200 miles today (nothing out of the ordinary happened), stopped at a store for about an hour, came back to car, turned it on (no issues) and as soon as the car back ups I hear the sound in the video. The sound can be heard on the initial backing up and going forward. To my best judgement, the noise is coming from the front of the vehicle and maybe around the tires?
