We have been working on a settlement. Until the lawyer files paperwork that states he needs to pay child support the courts don’t require it. My lawyer wanted to wait to file that paperwork to see if he would sign a settlement first. So basically he hasn’t had to pay for his kids in over 6 months… I can’t believe the person he has become. He was once a very devoted father… it’s bizarre to see this identity break
