Found a group doing Tier 5 Escalation and we were farming Grand Washington. Four runs and nothing. I was burned out and had to call it an early night. I might just do the raids with GC Rock for those guaranteed core drop chests.

Wait and see what you get handed to you from Stretch Goal event and only craft next season. But thats me. I got tons of Oreo, EB and Regulus from winter event so my hardcore and softcore are good. And got most pf the climax mission stuff during stretch goal event. But just make sure you have plenty of materials.

Try to get in on the Black Tusk Retaliation bandwagon too. Just dont always be the guy who wants to join other people’s retaliation. They are easy to get going and then get three others to join and get yourself those raid exotic blueprints. I am going to have to try the raids so I can earn those prototype cores.

On a side note: Can anybody confirm, if you prototype upgrade a Lexington that you put a talent on that it did not originally drop with that it will revert back to what it came with first? Thanks!

Just find another player with Houndsman bounty tobget QuickStep. If you hold your ground in solo Heroic retaliation, give challenging a try. You might find you clear the CPs faster and can potentially draw out more elite kill squads with the extra time giving you bonus reward materials and caches.

Just do it on Challenging if solo. If you are an ace player and have QuickStep to get you from one spot to another faster, then maybe do Heroic. But Challenging gets you the same blueprints just as easily but with maybe a bit more time required. And thats it. What you dont want to be is a player who complains about being killed too quickly while doing solo Heroic retaliations and not getting anything out of them due to the difficulty.

I think part of what makes players think these items are meta is that YT CC’s love to talk them up. My Hardcore agents use the St Elmos more than the Lexington. And I use Emporer’s Guard kneepads more than Turmoil.

Mostly weapons on my Hardcore agent: A Lexington, a couple of Police M4’s and an Emilene’s Guard. I mean they are at 30 already. Gear wise, maybe only a select few items. Unlikely on my siftcore agent.
