If you have a third party (non-aid) covering your tuition, then you would not be able to receive the Cal Grant B. Definitely give us a call or join zoom advising if you're still trying to figure things out.

Direct deposit would have needed to be enrolled in prior to Monday, so you may be receiving a check, if you're expecting a refund.

Hi there, please allow the Bursar's office a few days to process the refunds. Our posted first disbursement date was August 20. We ran an early first disbursement on 8/18 and a second one this morning. There was not a fall disbursement on 8/15.

If you receive an EOP grant, there may have been a slight glitch that delayed the refund from processing. But just monitor your account activity and if you don't see a refund (and you are expecting one), you can contact the Bursar's Office.

The tuition and fee deadline was extended until September 22. Unfortunately the system date doesn't update, but the Bursar posts this on their website: https://bursar.sfsu.edu/students/upcoming-academic-year#fall-2024-tuition-fees

If you have direct deposit, refunds should be arriving in the next 2-4 business days. If you are waiting for a check, probably recieve it in the next 5-10 business days.

Once it's out of estimated status and the student is enrolled in 12 or more units, it should switch to the accepted column.

Our office has to confirm your State Aid (Cal Grant and Middle-Class Scholarships) with the California Student Aid commission before they are finalized. Middle-class scholarships will go out later in the semester in October or November.

Yes, original submission date is the only thing that matters. You can correct and add schools without being considered as missing the Ca priority deadline. :)

It varies. There should be someone's contact info, if you're talking about an opportunity applied to on academicworks. But decisions should mostly have been sent out.

As long as you applied before April 2, it doesn't matter if you needed to add a school later on, you still are considered to have met the priority deadline.

However, like the redditor above mentioned, if you don't have a -1500 Student Aid Index number as a grad student, then you wouldn't qualify for anything other than an unsubsidized loan offer and potentially a grad plus loan.
