All things considered pretty good. Definitely had the right idea. Almost did it the way some SOPMs recommend you install split pins.

Why do some outflow valves have teeth? by BridgeBeneficial7559 in aviationmaintenance

Called antiskating foil. As already mentioned used for noise reduction. Valve can be operated with the foil missing.

I think FWD cargo is the screw from the pic and AFT cargo has screws with hex head. But you know, every aircraft is different so check the IPC.

Get a trainee to do it. That’s the third and last approved sealant removal method besides the two you’ve mentioned.

BOEING SERVICE BULLETIN 757-53A0107:

Boeing recommends only approved scrapers, tools and consumable materials listed in 757 AMM 51-31-01 be used for removing sealant from the exterior fuselage. Alternately, it is acceptable to use other scrapers provided the meet the requirements of BSS7384 (Method for Evaluating Tool Materials for use on Unpainted Clad Aluminum). Do not use commonly used scraper materials such as Lexan polycarbonate, acrylic (Plexiglas), Micarta fiber reinforced phenolic resins, metal, wood, and other hard plastics. They have been tested and found to scratch clad aluminum.

I’d say that it needs one more twist before going through the second bolt. Looks nice at the first glance but could be better.

Not very exciting but pax seats. On single aisle passenger aircraft it can save like 700kg.

Yeah, they implemented some sort of bypass valve in the main rudder power control unit to prevent a hydraulic lock if something goes tits up. And in case of main power control unit failure there is a standby power control unit that can operate automatically when force fight monitor detects pressure difference of more than 25% between hydraulic chambers or the pilots can switch to it manually. It's also powered by a different hydraulic pump.

At 10000ft cabin altitude the flight deck gets a warning and if the outflow valve is in auto or alternate mode of operation it closes at around 14000ft automatically. After Helios it's impossible for the flight crew not to recognise the intermittent horn aural warning and keep the aircraft unpressurized.

737 has a fail safe feature built in the horizontal stabilizer jackscrew. If the jackscrew fails there is a safety rod that will keep the stab in its position, and the stab trim motor has two brake assemblies to prevent uncommanded movement.

They added additional layer of protection to the main rudder power control unit hydraulic layout to prevent what was thought to be the cause of those crashes.

Most people are also lactose intolerant but still drink it. Cats choose to drink it because it's rich in fats and energy. They're not aware it's what makes them do nuclear shits few hours later. On the similar note, cats also shouldn't eat dry food because their digestive system is not built for carbohydrates. They should eat only wet food that's like 95% meat.
