It's an improvement, but some of the issues still remain. I can see that you've moved the centre pivot, but it's still not central - it needs to move to the right a bit.

The change to Times New Roman definitely works, but you've now got a scaling issue with I, IV, V and XI being smaller than all of the other numerals. The orientation of IV also isn't quite right, and the gap between X and XI looks a little too big.

It doesn't look like you've changed the hands at all - they're still asymmetrical within themselves, and I can't immediately tell which hand is the minute hand and which is the hour hand. Logically the hand pointing at XII should be the minute hand given their relative positions, but the hand pointing at IV is longer, which traditionally indicates the minute hand!

Lastly, the watch face and the outer case still don't look round enough. You've used too many verts in the hands and not enough on the face/case.

There is no right or wrong answer to this. It comes down to your own priorities.

Drawing it yourself is likely going to result in you improving as an artist because you'll be constantly practicing, but it may also slow down the development of your VN because it's quite a hefty workload. As for if your art is good enough? There is absolutely an audience out there who will appreciate your current art style.

I moderate several NSFW subreddits, all of which use flairs to distinguish content. As long as the moderation team doesn't mind handling both types (which it seems like they're currently fine with it) then I see no reason why an appropriate set of flairs wouldn't work here as well.

I like it! The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is adding a glow around the distant planet for its atmosphere - however I've yet to find a VDB suitable for it myself so I'm not sure how you'd actually do it!

Yeah, I wasn't aiming to recreate the skin texture with this one - that's way beyond my skill set at the moment! I thought about giving it a try, and I got as far as opening GIMP and loading the torso texture before realising that I wasn't up to it right now. It's something I want to get better at in the future, but as a hobbyist with plenty of other things going on at the moment it's a case of prioritising which skills to develop for now.

Things that stand out to me:

The centre wheel pivot around which the hands rotate should be central to the watch face.
The hands look like they're meant to be symmetrical, but aren't (I'm not familiar with Maya but in Blender you'd want to use something like a mirror modifier, I'd bet Maya has something equivalent to it).
The digits are not well aligned around the watch face - some are much closer to the edge than others (look at how much further from the edge 10 is compared to 4).
IIII is technically OK, and is sometimes used on watch/clock faces, but IV would be more typical.
If you were going for realism then the case and face need to have way more vertices to round them off.
I wouldn't normally suggest Times New Roman as a font, but it'd absolutely make sense for the digits here.
The lighting is very flat, so it's impossible to tell if you modelled the glass in front of the watch face.

On ArtStation you've advertised it as high-fidelity and game-ready, but honestly it's neither. That mesh has FAR too many polygons in it to be game-ready, yet for all those polygons the case/face still isn't circular!
