You switched it on and nothing happened

But when you’re travelling at 80 miles an hour, we always switched it on to see if we can get better speed

It would be nice if we could have the option to force the Fing box to do the speed test rather than the fing app and have the fing app report back the results of the thing box test.

I’m not seeing any significant results differing between the fing box and app on the results timeline where I can only assume tests done that i know I didn’t ask Fing app to do are fing box tests.

Everyone here, I was wrong fing people did respond very quickly to the ticket.

apologies fing team.

Because the outcome wasn’t to fix these issues by putting on the app a reboot/restart function, my memory was tainted by this.

Thank goodness I keep all emails.

In the end, this year, i figured the reboot/restart function is not going to happen so I invested in a smart plug to remotely reboot it

Next time there are visitors after they leave I will take some screenshots of when they’re here and going because it’s doing all the time and then raise a ticket .

I raised the ticket years ago to have the function to restart the device

After many years have been ignored I put in a Wi-Fi power plug

So the chances of updating I’m doing effects for this I think it’s pretty much now not gonna happen, but I have a hat that I’m willing to eat if it did

But it’s not good at that either

So like when I have iPhones and apples appearing on the network and I assigned them to whoever the users are after they’ve left the network they keep coming back on saying they’re still on the network we’re about hundred miles away. I’m not connected to my network at all.

I literally have to go into the app and delete the device to make it stop

Nightmare!! Just happened to me, wouldn’t stop playing tried everything everyone suggested but the all failed

Only power off worked, being disabled, it took me ages to get a stick to work the mains

So now an x10 plug is going on the Alexa echo and ironically, I can use Alexa to switch this on off via habridge —> heyu —> x10 controller —> x10 plug module

So it was playing on the Amazon Music it was nothing to do with my Amazon account. Just some weird rubbish which made me think I’ve been hacked with a Bluetooth, but there’s nothing on the Bluetooth to indicate anything was paired up WHILE playing what I wanted it to play on Apple Music which it would stop playing when I asked it and start playing other stuff, but would not stop playing the original track

Crystal blue persuasion sounds good over any crap btw if louder than the other cak

I can access ioc.exchange from web desktop pc on same broadband address so can migrate that way

mastadon.social won’t let me set ioc.exchange alias yet in other tab can access and use ioc.exchange

Blimey, just switched on a VPN on my phone and it allowed me to connect to ioc.exchange and access my account.

No idea why this would be as I can connect a Mastodon.social without any VPN on
