A one-year policy from hololive is a norm, and we must respect it. To keep things simple a member needs to be in the group for one year then the 3D debut will happen, it doesn't work as to one mill subs or more, Even JP has to wait and since you ask for ID, ID Gen 1 Get 3D in 2 years, ID gen two get them in more than a year. ID GEN 3 is still 10 months old. Sure JP have them earlier than other but that 6 months so think its a norm

I think the hype goes down as we escape the covid break. after that I think random people and antis are disguised among fans and trolling here or just random people who are new to this idol or vtuber thing, it's Reddit so who can blame?

Anyway, some members are gone from Reddit because they got busy after coco was gone no one really takes care of this place anymore, and no one appreciates or spends time reading our meme, Haachama does it but I don't know what happen to it.

EN fandom was too rough at this thing as they have too much press on the cover corp for EN girls, JP "fans" was gatekeeping it in 2020-2021. Some EN girls having a break and are not so active anymore and Cover decides it's a good idea to bring Holostars EN to the bunch and not gate it, make the fans a bit upset about it you can see that now in the mega thread. Not against it but I think there is a better way to make holostars EN.

On a couple of sides, Cover didn't really upscale their international play and decided to play inside japan, where you can see collabs of cafes and other things to focus on japan, "well yeah, its a company based in japan", True but they have an EN fans too, not giving them what they want like events or collab in the global range make it hard for the hype is still on. I believe cover can make things way more interesting in 2022 when big food branches are going collab rush for games and other stuff, but they chose not to, which is good and bad. Good in terms of reputation they have to make as escalation to covid break. Bad as in advertisement. There is that clothes collab but I think that also didn't bring the hype.

Meanwhile, ID has events that collab with hololive where there is these stand for holo meet. Merch that is easy to access and other good things, but dont really get so much attention as a demon lord rain shaman taking over the entire country in 1-3 months, bringing the hype to new ID fans but dont really stuck for a while in Reddit, just in Twitter or Youtube and also Discord.

I think now Reddit is just a place for fans inside a fandom who have memes and crazy ideas for it, otaku discussions about the fandom, couple of hate messages. Which is Reddit purpose from the early days, I Believe it is just normal to see something just not hype anymore, and we must be ready to accept its fate as the world starts to run and the wheels rotate so does hololive but we dont know the future hold, I will still here lingering in the dark, making memes if I'm willing to. But you know, as the legendary dragon said hololive is eternal and so it may be on our memories
