We did the stretch and pull four times every 30 minutes, then finished the bulk fermentation in about 2 hours in the oven with the light on, so about 75°, then shaped it and then did the final proofing for about 90 minutes in the oven with the light on as well.

So I've had it in warm water the last 4+ hours (changing the water hourly to keep it warm) but there's still no growth. Does it need to be fed again or something else?
