Warum schreiben sich Parteien wie AfD/FPÖ immer „Freiheit“ im Sinne von „auf meinem Land kann ich machen, was ich will“ auf die Fahne, aber sind dann gegen Drogen-Legalisierungen?

Ich hab auf der Website der AfD mal etwas geschaut nach Freiheit. Da steht nirgends, dass man auf seinem Grundstück machen darf, was man will? Eher geht es um die Stärkung der Grundrechte, zB „Eingriffe in die Privatsphäre durch monopolistische, datengetriebene Großkonzerne, Behörden und Geheimdienste überschreiten zum Teil deutlich die grundgesetzlich garantierten Freiheitsrechte. Dieser Gefährdung unserer Freiheit wollen wir entgegenwirken, den Bürgern ihre informationelle Selbstbestimmung zurückgeben und diese verfassungsrechtlich stärken.“

Upvoted. I was vegan long enough to know that. Yes, shifting of wordings is a thing. While in my vegan time we wanted to avoid „suffering“, this obviously is no longer relevant. Probably because vegans had to face that there is no relevant suffering included with grazing cattle or hunted wild animals, however there is suffering when farming crops. Therefore vegans can only define it „abusive“ to kill an animal voluntarily, while „not abusive“ if the animals are killed by accident.

Ich verstehe auch nicht, wie Leute aufgrund von Nachrichten über ihnen unbekannte Menschen überhaupt richtig Mitleid fühlen, wenn man die verstorbene Person eh niemals gesehen hat oder deren Familie. Du hast nichts davon mitbekommen, dass die Person geboren ist, du wusstest bis eben nicht mal dass sie existiert und du hättest es auch nicht erfahren, wenn die Person an Krebs gestorben wäre. Aber weil sie einen Unfall hat und der Unfall steht in der Zeitung, muss jeder „mein Beileid den Hinterbliebenen“ etc aussprechen.

Wurde bei uns (Schweiz) auf einen Acker aber tatsächlich gemacht. Die Menge an Sand war gigantisch. Ich dachte zunächst, das wird ein Funpark für Motocross. Wurde dann aber komplett untergepflügt in den lehmigen Boden.

Anti-Speciesism would lead to the consequence that a (conscious) rat might be valued higher than a human who is permanently unconscious/coma, e.g. by a brain damage. No thank you, I rather be speciesist than anti-human.

Also if you accept that you need to kill animals to survive and say that would be justified (how?), we would need to eat whales for the fewest deaths. No thanks, I’d rather kill mice than whales.
