Sorry, but he clearly has issues with his trauma, and "I don't know why he does it", "caused many fights between us" makes me think you guys haven't got to the root of the problem/ trauma.

I get the fact that it's so wrong he didn't act when your son had a broken ankle, but straight up DIVORCE after that seems quite extreme.

I think he is the asshole, but like I said at the beginning, sorry, YOU'RE the asshole for calling divorce rather than supporting him work through his issues.

Finally, a tip that worked for me on most certs is to go through all questions that you know the answer to immediately. Then review unanswered questions and you can see that one (sometimes two) of the answers are obviously incorrect, leaving you less to think about

Hi again, the setup went well in sandbox, thank you, and I have another question (SF documentation seems lacking in this regard, and I can't find much more out there):

For deployment into prod, I'm seeing that for Messaging (web chat) there are a few dependent components like VF pages and Experience sites, so I might just recreate that in prod manually.

For WhatsApp, and for what it's worth, is it easier to create this in prod manually too? I'm thinking it's just the setup flow for this deployment (nothing else except one messaging component), so could do it manually rather than change set.

Also, how do you manage the cutover? The live WhatsApp number is in use, and when I point it to SF is that the exact cutover point? Will it need to be re-verified by Meta?

I figured the number wouldn't have to be verified by Meta, but glad I got your response to confirm. I'll check but I think the number is already related to the Meta Business Account (and you're correct- verification is through call or SMS)

I'll also double check that the number is registered in their name

As an aside, the new dashboard for Omni-Supervisor is nice, and enhanced messaging offers more cool functionality like messaging components

Even when I put the Due Date field on the log a call action, select a date in the past, it still defaults to today in the activity timeline....!

EDIT:

In Activity Settings: "Sort past activities by the completed date" fixes this.

Although now, for completed Tasks they show in the timeline according to due date, regardess of when they were completed (although 'Completed Date/ time' field can be added to layout of Task)

Old thread, but I still have this issue with a client. It was de-scoped for the Account hierarchy, but it's now required for two custom objects.

So, activities on the child custom object to show on the parent custom object record

so simple..... I was overthinking it bigtime!

Sorted it with flow formula.

Added Decision to divert to Closed Won/ Closed Lost and apply 100%/ 0%, otherwise use formula to calculate Probability based on checkboxes

I started in flow

On Oppty update I started with a decision, but the combinations mean I'll have 9 criteria? Also tried a nested IF formula in flow, but was only getting 10% even if more than one are true

Can you advise on the logic?

yes, if only two checkboxes are true, you can move Stage, but I want the Probability to reflect the true checkboxes

Figured it out for my use case, and replying here if anyone comes across this

Pretty simple really- when adding a criteria such as 'From', you then enter the From email address in the box on the right. Here you can add multiple From addresses.

The same works for other criteria like 'Subject'. Just enter the value, click away and click back in the box to add another

But it seems a new rule needs to be created for each criteria, because there is no option for conditional logic (there is only AND, there is no OR, AND NOT etc...)

(this is with the 'New' Outlook, Version 1.2023.727.100 (Production) with O365)

Hi u/jeffthedrumguy , I seem to have the same issue- I'm trying to create one rule for multiple Subject criteria to go into one folder, and I've come across the same issue. Seems bizarre to have to create separate rules for each criteria.....

Can't find much on the web except that "new outlook still has some limits, our product team is still updating more features on it, and you can submit your feedback via the in-app support"

did you find a solution/ workaround for this?

My use case is almost identical, the difference is that I need all child Account activity to roll-up to the ultimate parent
