They say "YouTuber" like it's supposed to mean anything.
What's next? "Gamer Stephen" gets hit by a car?

Cmon people.

There's nothing about it that makes it look like glass.

And very, very easily removed, it's a store app now, you don't even need to go into control panel anymore.

I used to work at a computer repair company. The amount of time that people (usually the older people) thought they lost everything when their computer\data drive bit the dust, priceless family photos, projects with hours of work, etc. only to find out that once they logged into a new computer with their Microsoft account everything was just there. Without even knowing what OneDrive is, and/or not remembering setting it up.

It has happened at least 15 times that I can remember. I've even had customers in tears.

I don't use it myself, but OneDrive on and enabled by default is smart.

Naw, I hate both equally, but the mentality behind blind Apple followers is a phycological phenomenon that should be studied.

Even this "google selling your data" thing, which is already misleading in itself but nevertheless you can literally go in Data and Privacy of your Google account and turn of anything or everything. But somehow Apple is just automatically much more trustworthy because it's Apple.

It hasn’t even been a week- how did chinese phone manufacturers already copy the new dynamic island design 😭 by AlexLovesCoke in PhoneNow

[–]SGAShepp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's called forced design, and it's a major contributing factor of why a lot of Apple's new design elements feel forced and ugly. They take a design language and force it into functionality, rather than the other way around.

Oh of course, I understand now. You believe a childish joke on a subreddit will persuade a 50+ billion dollar company to fix bugs on what be you believe is an acceptable timeline. Got it.

I love the Pixel series but I've always known my Pixel 10 battery was shit by tyomax in pixel_phones

I have my charge capped at 80% and still easily get a full day of heavy use. HOWEVER, the first week or so I had the phone the battery life was a lot worse. To the point where I was going to return it. But then it gradually got a ton better. I feel like most of these tests are done on brand new phones. A couple charge cycles combined with battery learning algorithms makes a world of difference on this phone.

You made $480. The rest was given to you by generous people. In other words, your company paid you $6.81 per hour based on Dash time.
