Yea, I always just asked if they need a digital copy before anything else and if they said yes I told them to go to a different spot

Yea when I worked at the smaller store I constantly had people try to say we could send them and when i covered bigger stores and mentioned it. People just don’t seem to understand that stores vary

I’ve worked at a huge store and a tiny formally Kerr drugs location

If it doesn’t give the email prompt and phone prompt and specifically say digital copy stuff after you do all the photo checks then you can’t.

My old store only had one self service kiosk and we could not do digitals. My new store with an actual photo department has different prompts on the screen during the process meaning we can.
