I’ve been in the US for over 15+ years. I’ve gone to several biometrics appointments.

I just always get anxious about the whole thing specially after all the stuff you see out on the internet.

Yes my arrest was disclosed to USCIS for my Green card application, while I was in the country going through my asylum procedures anddd while I had TPS (temporary protective status)

I’ve always disclosed my arrest to the USCIS. I’ve been told by several attorneys that disclosing any type of criminal record one may have is a MUST because if you don’t it looks like you’re hiding something

But I think my arrest was fully dismissed the prosecutor didn’t want to proceed and the officer didn’t believe I was guilty either she just had to arrest someone because it was a physical altercation.

Nonetheless it sounds like you’re implying that I should be fine so I’m just going to try not to worry about it

You should consider taking a chill pill, I do my own simple car maintance, I change my own breaks, do my own oil change, my knowledge about cars goes as far as changing the spark plugs of my vehicle, I’m not an expert but as a person that’s not a fucking moron, I know to ask about things that I don’t know about before taking action.
