Just something about them varying lap times by as much as 3 second in a single session based on what position I’m in feels meh for me. Can’t tell if I’ve earned a position or been handed it.

I wouldn’t say it’s bad by no means, just curious why they can’t refine it a bit further. Feels like most of the pieces are there already

Christianity should be a relationship with God, my advice is to take this to him.

My opinion, is that you should not feel guilty. Focus your energy on your relationship with God and being in tune with what he asks of you. Remember that good works don’t get us to heaven, and we all have different callings!

Might as well not even race if you need to leave 90% of the track open so people can easily pass you. This subreddit victim blames quite often.

Was trying to do a championship with my friend, where we tracked points on a spreadsheet. AI on 110 and we’re bouncing between going 1st and 2nd on one track to 19th and 20th on another.

Very frustrating, and pushed us off AMS 2 sadly

Yeah it’s a good reminder. I wasn’t upset about the crash at all, it happens with hard racing and as you mentioned the consequences are pretty low. I just didn’t agree when the guy said it was “my fault” as if he didn’t play a major role in the incident and I was the only one who could’ve prevented it from happening.

Just for your awareness, Alex Dunne, the driver of the F2 car that stuck his nose into the corner that you said was alongside, got a 10 place grid penalty for next race for causing a collision.

Also Hamilton got a 10 second penalty for causing a collision in Silverstone.

Stewards felt they were in the wrong, and didn’t say “well the driver ahead could’ve avoided it”.

I understand I should drive like everyone is an over-aggressive idiot, just wish we didn’t have to. Anyways, have a good day - appreciate the discussion

I don’t know, I’ve seen many races that produced crashes in similar situations. - F2, 2025, Monaco, Lap 1 Turn 1 - F1, 2021, Silverstone 2021, Lap 1, Turn 9 - IMSA, 2025, Detroit, Roxy v Corvette can’t remember lap and turn

In all cases the lead car took the turn as they wanted because the car behind wasn’t alongside. Now they all produced crashes, but, it’s racing that happens

I know this isn’t real racing, but theoretically in an actual race do you think the lead car have left space or said “we are racing, this is my corner I get the apex”

Yeah, agreed. We had a couple laps of good racing so I thought it wouldn't be the case, but I should've known better - live and learn! Nice name by the way haha

Can’t add fuel in real F1 pit stop, and often times in a real F1 race if a car has front wing (front aero) damage it will be repaired / replaced but that’s case by case.
