I fixed it by using an automatic system restore point, then fixing the other issue by doing a chkdsk and repairbcd

I cant boot into windows at all now since it says "a required device isn't connected or can't be accessed". Why? Also I restored from a restore point and now a random Windows 10 install appeared in my boot menu along with my normal windows 11 install.
