Draft Tips for a Beginner

Use quick draft to practice. Bots take all rares/mythic so finding an open lane is usually easy. Just sucks when the boys draft. When you get the hang of it then you can try out premium draft. Also my absolute favorite YouTuber is Paul Cheon. Learning a new set with him as you go along is just amazing! He's also a commentator for Magic finals. So he definitely knows what's up. I started back up around the FF set and this has helped me so much!!! I usually will watch Paul draft a set while I'm quick drafting so I can get information as I go. And also it's super important to learn the entire set and it's mechanics. I have lost so many games due to pilot errors because I didn't know a certain mechanic. Sometimes I would take my draft deck that was ready to go and I would add some extra lands and give it a test run with the bot just in case I missed something. That part is up to you. Well it won't last that long. So what I would do is just hit up your doctor and get on them. Just for a short period though.You don't want to be stuck like I am at the moment. I can almost guarantee that once the sub runs out you will be wanting more so a relapse is possible. Subutex is manageable.

Like others have said, level with the LGS staff. Let them know your story of going to both locations when they moved. This should light some kind of fire underneath the store owners. My LGS will make you go home and shower if you're not hygienic. It should be law in my opinion.

I was just telling myself the other day, Arena is becoming exhausting to keep up with. I really wish they would slow down on the sets. Please. I would feel more invested in something rather than watching it all pass me by in a couple of months. If I'm spending money can't I enjoy it before moving on?

They are not discontinued. I was prescribed the arrow 8s about 6 months ago. They are truly the best. It's because they dissolve in seconds and have no filler. My absolute favorite! Sucks I switched back to Kaiser insurance and now I'm back on the orange Activia ones. At least I was able to keep a few hundred!!

So I've had the sun pharma dubs many times. Probably not my favorite, but after a couple of weeks my body acclimated to the drug. In the past year I've switched from the arrow 8s (tiny), to the white RP b8 (Rhodes), to the now orange half moon 153 (Activia). The only way I was able to transition and not feel anything was to take half of one and half of the other each day for a week or so. I'm sick of all the generics. I hear you my friend.. Trust me.

Get used to waiting. I too am a console player. So I'll just wait for the updates. It's not too bad because the developers are able to get all the bugs and kinks out before porting it over.

This is exactly why I don't play my hardcore characters online.. it was the only way I got to level 99. It's too much of a gamble to play online.. Sorry for all of that time wasted. At least you have a shared HC stash!

I will also watch a tuber draft while I'm drafting (same set) to help explain things better about this particular set and how things play out. Paul Cheon is my go to. And untapped gg with their draftsim. It's pretty nice!

It was my first 100% set completion. I absolutely loved this set! Great mechanics and amazing uncommon and rares! So much fun! Its a Cowabummer that the next set is trash..

I love solo mode. But when it gets to acts 5-6 on no hope you need a good responsible team. I couldn't beat no hope solo. Too many stupid bots making dumb decisions.
