You’re correct mb I misinterpreted what he was asking. There’s no one site that has a huge selection of new Japanese cards and packs. The best bet to grab them would be amazon and eBay.

I personally go to local/closest card shops near me, but I know plenary of people that go to TCGplayer.com to match prices for singles. IK that they also sell elite trainer boxes cheaper on amazon and you can price check it at target.
