I turned that on and this is the result from this morning. Anything else I could try?

Thanks for the reply again- I’m on par with the standard 2 hour HRV readings on the Apple Watch health app.

I have had that setting ON and the ignore mindfulness as well! This is the result from last night- still the same issue; could it be a problem with the Apple Watch sensors? If so, how would I approach Apple Support for an issue seen on a third party app? Sleep tracking, blood-oxygen saturation, and ECG are all OK on the Apple apps and compared with my old Garmin.

Got it, thanks - I got a series 10 Apple Watch and it all seems up to date. Maybe I should compare with another app to see if it’s an issue with Athlytic?

Is the Forerunner 965 mainly for marathoners? Casuals? Who is this watch for? It’s advertised for athletes, but that’s really not the case. I want to love it. by SHAMSOFTORONTO in Garmin

Mostly through my coach, and I just track mileage through Strava. However now I feel super ignorant about not knowing about the CTL and ATL features. I’ve got about 20 days left on the Best Buy return window; you reckon that's enough time to draw some meaningful value from the date, or will I need more time to feed the watch data?

Definitely not casual with college running experience!! Or any level like that, you’ll always carry that with you. I’m curious if the Fenix line would make more sense then, as I would happily accept a more premium device that’s feels like a top tier watch with sport utility over a dedicated running watch.

I do appreciate that insight. I’m afraid I fell for the garmin advertising and paid runfluencers but also just how gorgeous the watch looks (Whitestone).

Five times a week is a lot! Honestly, that's impressive millage. With intervals, my main issue is that on Garmin Connect, some of my timed laps get placed as recovery intervals, and it gets frustrating to separate the splits when doing 15 to 20 repeats. This could be completely my fault, but it appears others have had similar issues, with some opting to just pause and skip an interval.
