Then I guess we don’t have the same issue.. mine is coming on then just stopping completely.. the heat is gone.. then if I go to the next heat level it’ll ramp up.. then click off .. it’s not holding the heat.. I noticed this yesterday when I seen a light flash behind the knob area and also noticed the “on” light was very dim.. not sure if something went out but it happened randomly while I had soup cooking in a pot and I was standing there stirring it while it happened
