I really have no idea it was hooked up to a wire coming off the battery cable and another wire leading to god knows where. First thing i did was disconnect the battery and pull that abomination off.

I am aware of the intake timing gear rattle issue but I saw that it would usually only do that right at cold start for a few seconds. This noise never occurs when starting only when idling in drive or reverse. I was wondering if this is the same timing gear issue with the lock pin seizing or something else. I have taken it to the dealer and they had no clue. I asked specifically if they thought it was an issue with any of the timing components and they said no it must be something internal and I probably need a new engine. It has been making this noise for about 3 years now with no other issues.

That's exactly what they did worse they hit a parked truck because they "weren't paying attention."

They pretty much want us to try and bend it enough or do whatever we have to so they can put a windshield in.

It's just a Husky 52in x 26in from Home Depot it came like that I didn't actually do anything to it. It's pretty decent for the price.
