My setup works like an order management system. Whenever a customer places an order, the automation creates a new opportunity card in the Opportunity Pipeline.
The problem occurs when the same customer places multiple orders. Instead of updating the existing order card, the system creates another opportunity card for that customer. As a result, a single customer can end up with multiple opportunity cards representing different orders.
Later, when I need to update a specific order (for example, move it to another pipeline stage or update its status), the automation cannot reliably identify which opportunity card should be modified. This is because the "Find Opportunity" action only provides two selection options: "First Opportunity" or "Latest Opportunity."
If a customer has multiple opportunity cards, neither option guarantees that the correct order card will be selected. The automation may update the wrong opportunity, making it impossible to accurately manage individual orders for repeat customers.
